Vibrant and aromatic dry rose from a certified organic and biodynamic vineyard
Tempranillo/mataro/grenache; free-run juice, then cool ferment in tank. Classic in all respects, from the light coral hue to the vibrant and aromatic fruit and the dry, sapid finish. Watermelon, a hint of musk and rose, strawberry and just enough guava and pink grapefruit. It’s properly dry, a little pithy and just so neatly balanced, with acidity doing its job without robbing from texture. Lovely, and excellent value.

Pale petal pink with a note of savoury steel reduction over Rainier cherry and wild strawberry aromas. Dry and steely on the palate too, with a rush of plush fruit tempered by zesty acidity and a long chalky mineral finish. Swirl around in your glass a moment before drinking. Drink to 2030.
92 points Melissa Moore for The Real Review
Here’s a bright and refreshing rosé, tailored for a stylish Friday aperitivo hour or weekend lunches. It balances easy drinking qualities with a savory structure, and shines along dishes with gentle fats, seafood sweetness, or vibrant, herb-and-citrus flavour combinations. Try with seared halloumi topped with a tart rhubarb and pink peppercorn compote or a grilled snapper served with charred eggplant, pomegranate molasses, sumac and fresh mint.
