Heirloom Vineyards Pinot Grigio from the Adelaide Hills is a crisp, floral and gently textured white that leans into the fresher Italian-inspired expression of the variety. Crafted from fruit grown in high-altitude vineyards, it offers bright acidity, delicate fruit and a clean mineral finish — all hallmarks of cool climate Adelaide Hills whites.

The fruit is picked early to preserve natural acidity and freshness, then fermented in stainless steel to retain purity of aroma and flavour. There’s no oak and no heavy-handed winemaking here — just a focus on clarity, light texture and balance.

The nose shows pear, white peach, lemon blossom and a touch of green almond. On the palate it’s dry and refreshing, with crisp apple, citrus, and hints of jasmine and soft herbs. The finish is bright and lifted, with a gentle stony edge that adds structure without weight.

Food pairing: ideal with seafood linguine, grilled calamari, herbed chicken, or a summer salad with fennel and orange. Also lovely with antipasti or a simple plate of fresh cheeses and olives.
