Sleek and textural cellar-worthy Riesling
Very pale lemon hue. Lime pith, baking shortcrust pastry and gardenia aromas. Great fruit intensity with tension from acidity and complexity built in multiple layers - pastry, saline and hints of tropical florals. Despite all the intensity there is lift and focus from acidity, sending it very long across the palate and balancing the finish with a touch of sweetness and grip. Drink to 2038.

The famous Australian wine that is the result of Geoffrey Grosset and Robert Hill Smith getting together in this partnership to create something quite special from the Eden Valley. This is quite a powerful expression of Riesling, but it retains its fine linear structure that is very much a part of Eden Valley. A touch of bath salts and lemon zest, and then a palate that is both textured and invigorating. It’s a wine of tension and energy that will continue to evolve in the bottle. Drink to 2041.

A collab between two of the finest wine blokes you could find – Jeffrey Grosset and Robert Hill-Smith. Pale straw in the glass with aromas of freshly squeezed lime juice, green apple and fleshy white peach. Hints of Christmas lily, citrus blossom, crushed stone and lemongrass. There's just a touch of pithy texture, a dab of crème fraîche and a mineral-rich finish that is both sleek and sucking-on-a-river-pebble dry. Drink to 2040.

Mesh Riesling is the result of a collaboration between two of Australia's most renowned winemakers, Jeffrey Grosset and Robert Hill-Smith. Born from their shared passion for Riesling, this wine showcases the exceptional quality of the Eden Valley region, a renowned cool-climate area perfect for cultivating Riesling grapes.
Since its inaugural vintage in 2002, Mesh Riesling has stood as a benchmark for Australian Riesling. The Eden Valley's high altitude and ancient soils impart vibrant acidity, citrus-driven aromas, and a pristine mineral backbone to the wine. Jeffrey Grosset and Robert Hill-Smith employ a meticulous winemaking approach, combining modern techniques with a deep respect for tradition.
Each vintage begins with the careful selection of grapes from premium vineyards within Eden Valley. The fruit is harvested in the cool of the morning to preserve its delicate aromas and acidity. A gentle pressing ensures the finest juice, which undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel to highlight the purity and character of the fruit. The result is a wine of remarkable precision, offering zesty lime, green apple, and floral notes, balanced by a steely minerality and a long, crisp finish.
Evolves beautifully with age, developing complex layers of honey and toast while retaining its vibrant core. It is an excellent match for fresh seafood, spicy Asian cuisine, or creamy goat cheese, showcasing its versatility at the table.
