The fruit is sourced from high-altitude vineyards planted on rocky soils of quartz and schist. These conditions, combined with cool nights and gentle ripening, help develop delicately aromatic fruit with balanced acidity. The grapes are picked early in the season to retain freshness, gently pressed, and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel. A short period on fine lees adds texture and a creamy mouthfeel without diminishing the crisp, varietal character.

In the glass it shows pale straw with silver hues. The aroma is lifted and perfumed, offering pear, apple, and white peach layered with subtle floral notes and a hint of spice.
