Peter Lehmann Hill & Valley Riesling from Eden Valley is a crisp, beautifully defined white wine that captures the purity and vibrancy of this cool, elevated region. It reflects both the Barossa’s winemaking heritage and the elegance that comes from Eden Valley’s high-altitude vineyards, where cool nights and rocky soils help produce Riesling of outstanding clarity and longevity.

The grapes are sourced from select Eden Valley sites planted on ancient gravel and schist soils. Harvested in the early morning to preserve natural acidity, the fruit is gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel. This minimalist approach ensures that the variety’s delicate aromatics and minerality are fully expressed.

In the glass it shows pale straw with green highlights. The aroma is pristine and lively, offering lime zest, citrus blossom, green apple, and hints of slate and wet stone. The palate is dry, focused, and beautifully balanced, displaying layers of lemon, lime, and white florals supported by mouth-watering acidity.
