Intensely perfumed with notes of citrus blossom, lime zest, red apples and a suggestion of musk sticks. Flavoursome and energetic, it has refreshing citrus acidity woven into the flavours of peach, pears and apples.
This Riesling is for easy warm-weather drinking on its own or with a plate of char-grilled corn with lime and chilli.

The Shaw + Smith Riesling is a small production Riesling that doesn’t appear on the shelves as often as the other wines from this well-known producer.
The 2025 season was warm and dry. Adelaide Hills enjoyed cool nighttime temperatures and avoided extreme weather events. The fruit for this wine was sourced from high elevation sites in Echunga and Balhannah. The grapes were hand-picked and pressed immediately on arrival to the winery and fermented cool in stainless steel.
