From the elevated, cool slopes of Lenswood in the Adelaide Hills, Weaver Sauvignon Blanc leans into a more restrained, finely detailed expression of the variety. Long ripening conditions and crisp night temperatures allow the fruit to build aromatic lift without tipping into overt intensity, while careful vineyard work and a light touch in the cellar preserve purity and texture. The result is Sauvignon Blanc that feels composed, mineral and quietly confident.

A pale straw hue with bright green flashes catches the light. Aromas unfold with lime zest, green apple and white peach layered with elderflower, fresh herbs and a gentle flinty edge. There is a clean, lifted freshness here that feels precise rather than loud.

The palate is dry and finely balanced, delivering citrus and orchard fruit flavours framed by lively acidity and a subtle textural line.
