Bright, dry and delicate, with a floral pear and citrus character
Heirloom Vineyards Pinot Grigio from the Adelaide Hills is a gently textured white that leans towards the fresher Italian-inspired expression of the variety.
It offers all hallmarks of cool climate Adelaide Hills whites: bright acidity, delicate fruit and a clean mineral finish. The fruit is picked early to preserve natural acidity and freshness, then fermented in stainless steel to retain purity of aroma and flavour.
The nose shows pear, white peach, lemon blossom and a touch of green almond. On the palate it’s dry and refreshing, with crisp apple, citrus, and hints of jasmine and soft herbs. The finish is bright and lifted, with a gentle stony edge that adds structure without weight.
Ideal with seafood linguine, grilled calamari, herb flavoured poached chicken, or a fennel and orange salad.
About Heirloom Vineyards

Established in 2000, their goal is to preserve the best of tradition, the unique old vineyards of South Australia, and to champion the best clones of each variety, embracing organic and biodynamic farming. Fruit is sourced from growers across the state, from Coonawarra up to Barossa’s Eden Valley.
