Average age in oak is 25 years. The house certainly has a marvellous legacy of old wines to call upon for its fortified program. The scent is heavenly, like inhaling the dessert counter at Alain Ducasse Le Chocolat in Paris. Intense dark chocolate, caramel, coffee bean, toasted hazelnut and dried fruits. So harmonious, so decadent and so, so lasting in the mouth.
