Seems a very good vintage for this wine. Blackcurrant, gooseberry, lime, slight green been and discreet spicy cedar oak. It’s pure, bright and flinty, with a cool feel, lime and tangy cape gooseberry, subtle herbal character, and a long fresh finish. Very impressive.

Fermentation in oak has restrained the often intense aromas of this varietal. White pear and mandarin aromas are softened by fresh cut hay, lifted by some citrus flavours. Fresh, crunchy acidity gives way to a soft citrusy finish.
