It's rich and round, satiny and soft, lush with its crème brûlée and custard characters, bright with preserved lemon and candied lime elements. Decidedly sweet but bolstered with cool, green apple acidity – balance is good, albeit this is a decadent and lush expression. Not particularly complex, but all the elements work here. Go forth with your sweet tooth. 375ml.
