Spicy floral aromas lead to a fruit forward palate. Notes of lychee, lemon curd and ruby grapefruit. Gentle acid on the finish. Try with Vietnamese BBQ quail.
A sure indicator of great gewurztraminer, the glass empties quickly. This variety often gets short shrift, it's not fashionable. A shame because this is gorgeous. Delicately flavoured with Turkish delight, lychees, cinnamon and lots of refreshing lemony notes. Tight, zesty palate with a touch of sweetness adding to its texture.
