Machined-picked, crushed, destemmed, cultured yeast, maturation in French oak (50% new) for 20 months. It's hard to argue against the beauty, the vibrancy of fruit, the buoyant mood this wine puts you in; the concentrated cabernet blackberry and spice, the whiff of Coonawarra bay leaf, white pepper and the defining tannins that draw in tight. So I won't.
