The OG and still a leader in the prosecco field with all the attributes we love to see: the energy, the vibrancy of bubble, the focus on citrus with lifted aromatics and the crunch. Bright, chalky lemon, citrus zest, cut apple, quince, almond and spring blossom mesh and dance on the palate. It's a lively mix, fresh, mouth-watering in the way it tugs at the the tastebuds, and super moreish.

Dal Zotto Pucino Prosecco from the King Valley is a joyful, lively sparkling wine that celebrates the Dal Zotto family’s Italian heritage and their pioneering work with Prosecco in Australia. Otto Dal Zotto introduced the grape (Glera) to the King Valley in the late nineteen nineties after recognising the similarities between his native Veneto and the valley’s cool, high altitude slopes. The vineyards sit beneath towering alpine ranges, where cold nights lock in natural acidity and crisp aromatics. The wine is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve freshness, then finished with a fine bead that feels bright, playful and very drinkable.

Aromas of green apple, pear and fresh citrus leap from the glass, backed by hints of white flowers, honeysuckle and a subtle note of soft herbs. There is a breezy alpine coolness to the bouquet, with a touch of peach and melon adding gentle fruit sweetness as the wine opens.

The palate is refreshingly crisp with a soft mousse and a clean, zesty line of acidity that keeps everything lively. Flavours of apple sorbet, lemon zest and crunchy pear glide into a dry, sparkling finish with a faint saline twist and a little hint of almond that nods to the grape’s Italian roots. Easy to pour, even easier to enjoy, and at its best when served well chilled on a sunny afternoon.

Perfect with antipasti, olives, crispy fried seafood, sushi, summer salads, or a casual brunch with friends. It is a Prosecco that delivers bright King Valley charm in a glass.
