20% reserve wines, partially aged in barrel; 80% pinot Noir and 20% chardonnay; full malolactic fermentation; aged at least 3 years; 9g/L dosage. ‘The aim here is for an early drinking, fruity rose, with a medium crimson hue infused by the addition of both red wne and maceration skin-contact rose from Les Riceys. The result meets the brief in an appealing, attractive fruit-focused and well-balanced style of strawberry and raspberry fruit, notes of nutmeg and a soft flashy finish.’
