The palate has a breathtaking textured layer of ripe raisins, toffee, butterscotch and finishes with nuances of citrus spice and fine oak balance.

Espresso-coffee hue; pours like molten treacle, smells of molasses, cold lapsang souchong tea, dried apricots and the rum and raisin dark chocolate that Dad loved so much. The epitome of complexity with its silky palate of richness and deep flavours, yet a freshness on the finish and brilliant balance.
