Particularly good mousse; one of the better sparkling reds, which has picked up elegance from 4 years on lees, and is in no way too sweet. Light, bright red; has an unexpected intensity to its spicy black cherry and bitter chocolate fruit, and the dosage is low. Great winter sparkling.
