Made from a traditional Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, this is a refined, great-value bubbly that consistently punches above its weight.

Taltarni has been crafting premium sparkling since the 1970s, and the Brut is a flagship for their house style—fresh, layered, and vibrantly structured. The fruit is sourced primarily from Taltarni’s estate vineyards in the Pyrenees, with additional cool-climate parcels from Tasmania and the Adelaide Hills to enhance complexity and finesse.

The wine is made in the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended time on lees, which builds creamy texture and brioche-like richness while keeping the palate taut and refreshing.

In the glass, it shows delicate aromas of green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and fresh-baked pastry. The palate is lively and dry with fine bubbles, bright citrus, subtle stone fruit, and a creamy mid-palate that gives way to a long, crisp finish.
