Made from Victorian chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier from estate-grown vineyards, this is a full-flavoured fizz with good palate weight, brightness and generosity. Notes of fresh dough, cracked wheat and a touch of lemon meringue. Impressive harmony and balance, offering remarkable complexity for the price.

Taltarni Brut Sparkling from Victoria’s Pyrenees is a crisp, elegant méthode traditionnelle sparkling that offers classic cool-climate character with a touch of old-world charm. Made from a traditional Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, this is a refined, great-value bubbly that consistently punches above its weight.
Taltarni has been crafting premium sparkling since the 1970s, and the Brut is a flagship for their house style—fresh, layered, and vibrantly structured. The fruit is sourced primarily from Taltarni’s estate vineyards in the Pyrenees, with additional cool-climate parcels from Tasmania and the Adelaide Hills to enhance complexity and finesse.
The wine is made in the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended time on lees, which builds creamy texture and brioche-like richness while keeping the palate taut and refreshing.
In the glass, it shows delicate aromas of green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and fresh-baked pastry. The palate is lively and dry with fine bubbles, bright citrus, subtle stone fruit, and a creamy mid-palate that gives way to a long, crisp finish.
Taltarni Brut is an ideal sparkler for any occasion—serious enough to impress, but relaxed enough to enjoy at a picnic or celebration. Try it with oysters, soft cheeses, or lightly fried seafood.
