This is the barrel-fermented version of the Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, released well after the unwooded wine. This is a fine, juicy blend, the barrel ferment inputs well controlled, leaving the fruit flavours from the mature vines full scope to express themselves: ripe citrus almost extending into stone fruit, lychee, guava and gooseberry also in the sinuous finish.
