95% Shiraz, 5% Viognier
After pressing, the wine was matured for 12 months in fine French oak barriques, hogsheads and puncheons, adding subtle elements of spice and complexity. Perfumed, meaty, spicy, cherry and raspberry. Ripe and juicy, fine grained tannin, some apricot in with raspberry, pretty and easy to enjoy, though a little warm through the finish.
