Ferdinando Principiano is one of Barolo's most respected traditionalists, farming organically and championing a return to gentle winemaking that allows Nebbiolo and its vineyards to speak with remarkable clarity. Ravera is one of Barolo's great crus, stretching across the communes of Monforte d'Alba and Novello.
