Winemaking at Yering Station includes small batch fermentation, gentle extraction, and maturation in a mix of French oak barrels, primarily older oak to enhance complexity without overpowering the fruit.

In the glass, it shows vibrant aromas of red and black cherry, pepper, clove, and a hint of smoky oak. The palate is medium-bodied and supple, with juicy dark berries, savoury spice and a clean, slightly earthy finish.
