The Hoffmann Vineyard is situated in the northern part of the Barossa Valley, in Ebenezer. Known for its deep red clay soils and warm climate, this area produces Shiraz with intense flavors, robust structure, and exceptional aging potential. The SV902 label refers to the vineyard block and vintage, underscoring the precision and site-specific focus of the Eisenstone range.

The grapes are handpicked and fermented in small open-top fermenters to maximize flavor extraction. The wine is then aged in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels, allowing the fruit to shine while adding layers of complexity and elegance.
