The 2022 vintage delivered excellent fruit with vibrant natural acidity, creating ideal conditions for traditional method sparkling wine. Cool growing conditions encouraged slow ripening, preserving delicate aromatics while building flavour intensity. Extended lees ageing has added complexity and finesse, resulting in a sparkling wine that is both refreshing and beautifully textured.

Pale straw with brilliant green highlights, the wine pours with a fine, persistent bead. The bouquet reveals aromas of green apple, lemon zest and white peach layered with notes of freshly baked brioche, roasted almonds and a hint of citrus blossom. The palate is crisp and refined, offering flavours of orchard fruits and citrus supported by lively acidity and a creamy mousse. Gentle lees influence adds depth and texture, while the finish is long, clean and elegantly refreshing.
