Fragrant Tasmanian cool-climate Shiraz with lively and spicy red fruit
Deep-ish plummy red with the lightest tinge of purple; the bouquet is very herbal/stemmy, suggesting a lot of whole-bunch fermentation, vegetal and spicy in equal measures, with fresh and lively palate flavours, soft tannins and acidity in balance, quite delicious flavour, harmony and immediate drinkability. Delicious shiraz in a definite cool-climate style. Drink to 2037.

The 2022 Shiraz Mon Pere is uniquely styled with gently fragrant and alluring aromas of dark earth, toasted spice, black liquorice and white pepper. The palate shows a little development, with meaty flavours accented by red cherry and spice, laced with supple tannins on the finish. Drink to 2029.
