This wine is dominated by Rolle and is supported by the iconic grape variety of Provence, the Ugni blanc. It focuses on spicy freshness with a crisp and gourmet tone.
The nose reveals aromas of yellow fruits -mirabelle- with notes of exotic fruits kiwi aniseed scents, blackcurrant bud, green asparagus with a saline touch. The mouth is crunchy with volume and a nice freshness, this iodized side found, and a finish that makes it salivate and prolongs. Expressive wine on the aromatic plane with a large holding on the palate.
