Barrel fermented in barriques and puncheons (12% new) and with zero mlf. A deepish, bright green gold. Forward, in a good way, with its aromas of ripe stone fruits, honey and lemon confiture. It's ripe and supple in the mouth, finishing with bright, balancing acidity. A wine for the here and now.
