Working with growers across the region, Maison Thorin focuses on purity of fruit and gentle extraction, allowing Gamay’s naturally bright personality to take centre stage. Warmer southern exposures and classic granite soils give the wine its juicy fruit profile and soft, approachable structure.

A bright ruby red with purple flashes glimmers in the glass. Aromas burst forward with red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry layered with violet, a hint of spice and a subtle earthy note. There is an immediate sense of freshness and lift, inviting and playful.

The palate is light to medium bodied and silky, delivering juicy red berry fruit framed by soft tannins and lively acidity.
