Chianti Superiore DOCG sits a step above standard Chianti, requiring lower yields and higher quality fruit. Sourced from organically farmed vineyards planted on clay and limestone rich soils, this wine is predominantly Sangiovese, supported by small portions of traditional Tuscan varieties. Bright ruby red in colour, the aromas burst with red cherry, wild strawberry and ripe plum, layered with notes of violet, dried herbs and a touch of spice.
