The Timo Mayer Cabernet is the type of wine to bring back wine lovers to Yarra Valley Cabernet . Very much in a bordeaux style, but with an Australian edge. Moreish savoury black fruit is underpinned by soft and supple tannins. Slight smoky leather mint edge, with a lingering finish. Standing rib roast and you will be in a happy place.

100% Whole Bunch. From St Huberts Road / Yarra Valley floor .... sweet cassis nose, dark and Blackberry bramble. Explodes at the front of the palate with attractive fruit, more dark berries before showing its savoury side of anis and spice. The tannins are very soft and the wine finishes round and delicious.
