A splash of pink and plenty of Italian charm make this a delightful addition to the BiancaVigna collection. Founded by siblings Elena and Enrico Moschetta, the family winery celebrates the sparkling wines of Veneto, with vineyards around the beautiful hills of Conegliano. This Prosecco Rosé combines Glera with a small proportion of Pinot Noir, adding delicate berry flavours and a lovely blush colour.

Pale salmon pink with a fine, lively stream of bubbles. Fresh strawberry, raspberry and crisp red apple mingle with rose petals and a hint of citrus blossom. The palate is bright and refreshing, with juicy red fruit, gentle floral notes and a clean, dry finish. Wonderfully easy to enjoy, yet elegant enough for a special occasion.

Delicious with tuna crudo and finger lime, crispy prawn and ginger wontons, or whipped ricotta crostini with roasted tomatoes and basil. Perfect for a sunny afternoon or the beginning of a long Italian lunch.
