The fruit for Grace Madeline SBS is sourced entirely from Cullen’s biodynamic, carbon positive vineyard in Wilyabrup, where ancient gravelly soils and proximity to the Indian Ocean create perfect conditions for vibrant, finely structured white wines. The Sauvignon Blanc component brings lifted aromatics and bright citrus fruit, while the Semillon provides texture, savoury depth, and ageing potential.

Winemaking is meticulous and hands off. Grapes are handpicked on fruit and flower days according to the biodynamic calendar, whole bunch pressed, and fermented with indigenous yeasts.
