This year's release sees a blend of 76/16/7/1% shiraz/grenache/mataro/viognier. Bright magenta/crimson with juicy red and dark plum fruits, blueberry and raspberry coulis. Hints of citrus blossom, medina spice, gingerbread, licorice, cured meats, turned earth and sage. Supple and composed in its travel, with fine, sandy tannins and a bright red apple skin acidity on the fade out. Drink 2025-2038.

The 2024 Henry's Seven is loaded with cherry and pomegranate, cracked black peppercorns and dark chocolate. The wine has a real silkiness about it on the palate, with tapenade, hung deli meat and lashings of exotic spice. The wine is growing in stature with time in the glass, and the flavors linger most favorably once the wine has gone. Drink 2025-2034.

Deep and vibrant ruby red with a bright purple rim. Mulberry, lavender and prosciutto aromatics. Medium weighted with a bright blue and red fruit core. It's lively and fresh but has hints of dark spice and charcuterie adding character and they will shine though as it spends time in the glass. Tannins are silky and supple, accentuating the approachability of the wine. Drink 2025–2032

The 2024 Shiraz Grenache Henry's Seven is expressive with bright, lifted aromas of mulberry and five-spice with a touch of exotic apricot in the mix. This is super approachable and moreish with layered flavors and subtle textures, making for a delightful, if early drinking style. Drink 2025-2027.

This 2024 Barossa (53% Barossa Valley, 47% Eden Valley) red wine from the exceptional 2024 vintage is a blend of shiraz (76%), grenache (garnacha,16%), mataro (mourvedre/monastrell, 7%) and viognier (1%).
The wine is tribute to Henry Evans who planted the first vineyard of seven acres at Keyneton in 1853. He quickly developed a reputation for producing the best wines in the southern colony. Following Henry’s death in 1868, his widow Sarah exercised her temperance convictions by closing the winery and uprooting all the wine grapes. This blend highlights the historical introduction of southern French and Spanish varieties to South Australia in those early pioneering days and reflects the history, religion and culture of the Barossa.
Deep ruby with violet hues. Lifted raspberry, red currant, mulberry and Satsuma plum, with floral notes of violets, lavender, crushed flowering herbs and anise, pepper and mace spice. A rich and intense palate of well defined, concentrated red fruits; red currant, cut plum and spicy wild berries, give way to crunchy mid palate, firm-edged velvety tannins and excellent length.
