Pastel pink rosé of Pinot Noir with floral aromas and light, soft red fruit flavours
A pastel-pink blush; light aromas of florals and lollies, so expect flavours of fairy floss and red fruits with some lemony acidity. Drink now.

Light fresh pink with a tinge of purple and aromas that are subtly spicy and purple-fruited, the palate light and soft with a lick of tannin and a richness and broadness that finishes with a warmth of alcohol. A bold and rather weighty style, as opposed to a quenching quaffer. Drink now.

The Hay Shed Hill vineyard sits in the heart of the Wilyabrup subregion of Margaret River on a property with origins as a dairy farm. The vineyard sits just five kilometres from the Indian Ocean, with a pronounced afternoon sea breeze moderating the climate well beyond what the latitude would suggest. Vines were first planted here in the early 1970s. These are predominantly dry grown across the hilly terrain, with each aspect matched to the variety it suits best. Winemaker Michael Kerrigan has led the estate since 2006 with a clear focus on wines that reflect the quality of the site.
Made from Pinot Noir grown on Block 7 of the Hay Shed Hill vineyard in Margaret River, the grapes for this wine were harvested at low potential alcohol and cold pressed to produce juice light in colour. Fermented to dryness the wine was bottled as soon as possible to preserve the bright nature of the wine.
