From the cool alpine influenced slopes of Victoria’s King Valley, this Prosecco captures the bright, breezy personality that has made the region Australia’s home for the variety. Pizzini has deep Italian roots and a long history in the valley, bringing a northern Italian sensibility to local fruit. Il Soffio, meaning the breath, is designed to feel light, aromatic and refreshing, shaped by altitude, crisp nights and clean mountain air.

Winemaking focuses on preserving fruit purity and lively sparkle. Fermentation in tank locks in freshness and delicate aromatics, creating a style that is dry, energetic and easy to love. The aim is immediacy and charm rather than weight.

Pale straw in colour with a fine, gentle bead, the aromas open with green apple, pear and lemon blossom, followed by white flowers and a faint citrus lift. The palate is light bodied and crisp, with orchard fruit wrapped in bright acidity and soft mousse. Flavours of apple and pear flow cleanly into a dry, refreshing finish that invites another sip.
