2025 Ten Minutes by Tractor Wallis Pinot Noir, Mornington Peninsula

Wallis is one of the most distinctive single vineyard sites in the Ten Minutes by Tractor collection, producing Pinot Noir that reflects the elegance and complexity of the Mornington Peninsula. Under the guidance of head winemaker Imogen Dillon, the estate continues to build on its cult reputation, crafting wines that faithfully express the individuality of each vineyard with precision and restraint.

The Wallis Vineyard enjoys a cool maritime climate and a long, gentle growing season, allowing Pinot Noir to develop remarkable perfume, purity and natural balance. Careful fruit selection, whole bunch inclusion and thoughtful oak maturation enhance the vineyard's character without overshadowing its sense of place.

The colour is a brilliant ruby red with youthful crimson highlights. Aromas of dark cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry are complemented by rose petals, whole bunch spice and subtle forest floor notes. The palate is finely textured and effortlessly elegant, weaving vibrant red berry fruits through silky tannins and fresh natural acidity. Hints of savoury herbs, earthy complexity and fine French oak linger across a long, graceful finish.
