Based on the 2022 vintage, vinified in tank, but with a preponderance of reserve wines from 2021 and 2020—also vinified in tank but matured in demi-muids—Agrapart’s new NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Terroirs reveals an aromatic profile of orange oil, pear, nectarine and freshly baked bread. The medium- to full-bodied palate is charming and pillowy, endowed with a generous core of fruit and underpinned by ripe yet vibrant acidity. It is an expressive and demonstrative rendition that will drink well out of the gate. It was disgorged in October 2025 with a dosage of three grams per liter.

There are few grower Champagnes as consistently exciting as those from Agrapart & Fils. Based in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, the family has cultivated vineyards since the nineteenth century. Pascal Agrapart has earned an international following for his meticulous vineyard work and beautifully individual Champagnes, allowing the character of Chardonnay and the region's remarkable chalk soils to take centre stage.
Terroirs is made entirely from Chardonnay grown in Grand Cru vineyards across the Côte des Blancs, including Avize, Cramant, Oger and Oiry. Based on the 2022 harvest, with reserve wines contributing additional complexity, this Extra Brut Champagne reflects the generosity of the vintage while retaining the mineral tension that defines Agrapart's style.
Pale gold with delicate green reflections and a wonderfully fine, persistent bead. Lemon oil, crisp yellow apple and white peach mingle with citrus blossom, toasted sourdough and crushed chalk. The palate is concentrated yet remarkably energetic, with ripe orchard fruit, vibrant acidity and a delicate, creamy mousse. Subtle notes of roasted almond, preserved lemon and sea salt linger through a long, beautifully dry finish.
Try it with freshly shucked oysters, Japanese crab and chive dumplings, or grilled marron with a light citrus dressing. Its savoury depth would also be wonderful alongside tempura oyster mushrooms with yuzu and sea salt.
Cellaring: Drink now to 2035. Already wonderfully expressive, with the structure and freshness to develop greater toasted and savoury complexity over the next several years.
