Donna Gloria Prosecco Extra Dry DOC, Veneto

Donna Gloria Prosecco Extra Dry DOC is a crisp, charming Italian sparkling wine made from 100 percent Glera grapes grown in the heart of the Prosecco DOC region in Veneto. Crafted in the Charmat method to preserve aromatic freshness and vibrant bubbles, this wine is all about lightness, fruit purity and broad drinkability. The Extra Dry designation means it’s slightly sweeter than Brut, making it approachable and smooth without feeling sugary.

In the glass, it shows pale straw colour with a fine, persistent bead. The nose opens with aromas of white peach, pear, green apple and acacia flower. On the palate, it’s soft and gently textured, with flavours of citrus, honeydew melon and a hint of lemon sorbet. A clean, lifted finish keeps it refreshing and perfect for casual sipping.

Food pairing: ideal with prosciutto and melon, seafood canapés, sushi, or light summer salads. Also a natural fit for brunch, soft cheeses or as a spritz base.
